Life Itself is excited to announce it's 7th Annual Chaga Foraging Retreat!

We're gathering in the mountains of Vermont from October 24th-27th for a long weekend filled with wild-foraging, yoga, meditation, ceremonies, and core memories made with a community of like-minded/pure hearted people just like you!

We've been doing this for 7 years now and we can safely say that this retreat surprises us every year with fresh magic, beautiful new connections, and so many belly laughs. We always encourage participants to bring and share what they are passionate about so we can all learn and engage with a wide array of enriching experiences offered by you!
