• 2 Days in the pristine Green Mountain National Forest for a Chaga Mushroom Foraging Experience
• Daily Morning Practice: Meditation, Pranayama (Yogic Breathwork), Vinyasa Yoga, Cold Plunge
• Daily Evening Practice: Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Oracle Card Readings, Tea with Heart to Heart Conversation
• Opening Fire Ceremony
• Closing Fire Ceremony
